Rhetta King Named Community Liaison for Haven Behavioral Hospital of Albuquerque

abq-rhetta-king-clHaven Behavioral Hospital of Albuquerque recently announced the addition of Rhetta King as Community Liaison.  In this role, King will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with referring healthcare agencies in the western region of the state including Grants, Gallup, Farmington and Silver City.

King received an associate’s degree from New Mexico State University.  Most recently, she was the Program Manager for Wage Subsidy SL Start where she provided administration and oversight of the Wage Subsidy employment program statewide.  This program provides adults the support needed to get a job and become self-sufficient.  Prior experience includes the position of Administrator/Parent Educator for Presbyterian Medical Services Home Visiting Nurse program.  In this role, King coordinated regulatory and quality assessment and improvement efforts.  She was also the Program Coordinator of the Cibola County DWI Program where she coordinated compliance, treatment, screening and prevention programs, as well as grant writing, training and management.
